H is for Hale Heroes

This past week I have been getting ready to start another great year of teaching. I am still teaching 2nd grade but I did change schools over the summer break. I am now teaching at Hale Elementary School. I look forward to the change and I'm staying positive that the sadness of leaving my old school will turn into a memory. I included pics of my new room where I have spent MANY hours working. Enjoy!

Oh my goodness!!! MRS ELLSWORTH!! This is Kaylee J's Mom from Brinton...I was searching the internet for new scentsy's (love them) and came across your blog. Your new classroom looks amazing and I'm sure you will settle in wonderfully. I couldn't resist to comment on your blog, Kaylee has not stopped talking about you and how much she misses you. Now that the first day of school is approaching she is remembering that she won't be able to see you everyday. I just want you to know that you have made such an impact on her and she is truely blessed to have had you as a teacher. I will have to show her your pictures, she will be thrilled. Enjoy your new school, they are lucky to have you!!

looks GREAT! Makes me (kinda) glad I don't teach elementary, because jr. high has ALOT less prep of the room, and for the year. I pass out books and disclosure documents... that's my prepping :)

I absolutely love your room! Where did you get the darling jungle animal patterns? I need to get those. Good luck this year. You are definitely off to a good start.

WOW! Ashyln,
Your room looks absolutely amazing. The kids in your class this year are going to LOVE you! I've said it before and I'll say it again. I wish, I wish you could have taught Amelia! Every kid deserves a year with Mrs. Ellsworth.
